We believe in our clients getting the best ADVICE in all areas of their financial life and we work closely with many professional groups (Planners, Advisors, Accountants etc…) and your association with them can make our job a lot easier! As a result in many cases where your advisor is registered with us as a referrer we can pay you a rebate direct on your loan. We do not pay referral fees to referrers but operate a transparent program of rebating direct to our clients instead of referral fees.
From our base in Melbourne, Victoria, we are able to assist borrowers all over Australia. We have a dedicated service team manning the phones in house so there is always someone to answer the call and give an instant update on progress of your loan.
The key advisory team has a combined banking experience of more than 50 years and we have full membership of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (M.F.A.A) the Australian Professional Advisors (A.P.A) and membership of the credit ombudsman service limited (C.O.S.L).
